Hypermedia

Hypermedia is a multimedia extension of hypertext, i.e. a medium that allows non-linear interactivity with elements such as text, images, audio, etc.

The World Wide Web (using HTML as the hypermedia language) is the classic example and allows interactive access to web content via hyperlinks.
